7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the intellectual property and instantly downloadable nature of digital website templates, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file transfer link has been generated. For custom consulting reports, no refunds or cancellations are accepted once our technical analysis work has commenced.
